  • Q: Where’s your front door? I didn’t see a sign when I went by the other day.
    A: We’re in the Garden Apartment space at the North leg of the U shaped brick apartment building.
    Look for the Archway on the left facing the building. (Our sign is in one of the windows facing the street)
  • Q: How do I pay for a class?
    A: You can pay through the website when you register with paypal or  make special arrangements with us through email.
  • Q: I bought a Groupon or Living Social coupon. How do I register for class?
    A: There are instructions for you under the Groupon tab on the menu. Follow those directions and bring your coupon to class.
  • Q: Can I get there by public transit?
    A. Yes! Here’s a map. You can get to us via CTA and Metra trains, as well as the bus. CTA: Brownline, Damen stop (2 blocks away) #81 Lawrence Bus (stop at Lawrence and Wolcott 1.5 blocks) #50 Damen Ave Bus—(Damen and Leland stop—2 blocks)
    Metra: Ravenswood- 2.5 blocks away
  • Q: Where can I park?
    A: Free Winchester St parking from 9-5pm daily. Paid St parking on Damen and Lawrence. (both 1 block away.
  • Q: What should I bring?
    A: You’re welcome to bring a reusable water bottle.

    Leather items of yours that you want to repurpose if that’s the class you’re taking.
  • Q: Where can I eat?
    A: Within 2 blocks: 2 Thai Restaurants, Subway, Quizno, Perfect Cup with sandwich wraps, and more. You can bring your own lunch, but we do not have a microwave, only a refrigerator at this time.
  • Q: What should I wear?
    A: We will work with glue and create leather dust, so recommend you wear clothes and shoes you don’t mind getting dirty just in case of a spill or splash. Aprons are available and recommended.
