At the Chicago School of Shoemaking, every effort is made to guide the students’ projects toward the goals they specify. However, due to the wide variety of student skills and abilities, we cannot guarantee the quality, fit or completion of the products constructed in class.
Rescheduling Policy : 7 days advance notice
We know that things come up between registrations and class dates. And though we’d prefer you stick to your original plan since we’re counting on your attendance, we understand your need to reschedule. Since most of our classes are very small with 4-6 students, any cancellations that require rebooking impact our business substantially. Thank you for understanding.
If you want to reschedule 7 days or more before your class date, you can send a request to our email@example.com email with the date you want to switch to.
Steps to Reschedule:
- Select a new date for the class you are rescheduling
- Make sure there are still spots available in that class
- Send us an email with your current class date and the one you want to switch to
- Wait for our confirmation of receipt of request and your new class date confirmed.
***No refunds or rescheduling will be given for cancellations made 6 days or less before the start date of the course.

Instructors are committed to staying for late arrivals until 30 minutes after the published start of the class. They are then instructed to leave if there are no shows.
