Re-Scheduling/Refund/Cancellation Policy

Policy Regarding Rescheduling:

We know that things come up between registrations and class dates.  Maybe you’re coming down with something or a friend is coming through town and you want to visit with them, or any number of things.  And though we’d prefer you stick to your original plan since we’re counting on you attendance,  we understand your need to reschedule.

If you want to reschedule 7 days or more before your class date, you can send a request to our info@chicagoschoolofshoemaking.com email with the date you want to switch to.

Steps to Reschedule:

  1. Select a new date for the class you are rescheduling
  2. Make sure there are still spots available in that class
  3. Send us an email with your current class date and the one you want to switch to
  4. Wait for our confirmation of receipt of request and your new class date confirmed.

***No refunds or rescheduling will be given for cancellations made 6 days or less before the start date of the course.
